The space
Modern and Quiet with your own private entrance just through the bright green door! This newly constructed studio unit is located in Sydney's downtown core, within walking distance to multiple restaurants, grocery store, event centre’s and casino. Beautifully designed with focus on comfort and maximizing space this unit has beautiful finishes throughout. The unit has a beautiful and welcoming entrance way with lots of natural light. The small kitchen nook comes complete with a beautiful convection oven with a duel hot plate, stylish full sized fridge, microwave and of course A Kieurig complete with an assortment of coffee. The main space has a beautiful pillow top queen bed, electric fireplace and mounted flat screen tv. The bathroom has a beautifully designed custom shower and cedar shelving space that creates a cozy spa like feel.

This unit has its own separate entrance. It is a down stairs unit.
Other things to note
We are a very short walk from the Center 200 arena you can see it from the building. If you are coming for a concert or a hockey game you don’t have to worry about parking. Right beside Center 200 is the Casino.
