- Mandatory fortnightly clean with sheet change for bookings over 14 days plus at AUD$615
- Additional exit clean for bookings two months or more at AUD$650
- Accidental lock out, lost or failure to return keys/garage remote to lock box at exit A$175
- Strictly no smoking, in the apartment, on balcony or on any common areas of the property.
