I had a wonderful stay at this place. The family rooms are equipped with nice comfortable bed, tv, fridge, and microwave. Fantastic service too!

Ms. Katherine was excellent. She was kind with a gentle demeanor. I arrived early and she was able to get me a room within 20 minutes. The room was clean, but it was worst in condition expected. The room was very dated with old, cratched up furniture, stained carpet, insufficient power outlets. There was nowhere near the bed to charge devices. No phone, no bathroom amenities. The AC unit was old with just one switch near the bed to turn on or off, no temperature adjustment. But it worked fine, wifi also worked great. This place is in desperate need of renovation, which I was told they're in the process of doing. It was the cheapest I could find during the holiday season. Overall I had a descent stay.

The receptionist was great. However the room was absolutely terrible. Mould all over the ceiling in the toilet. The door didn’t shut. The cupboard door was missing. There was something growing out of the cracked walls. There was drinks spilt over the walls. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.
