A bumpy start but comfortable stay
The listing states that the property is at number 40. However when we arrived, we found there to be multiple units at this address. I had to call the property manager who struggled to understand my name then told me to call someone else. The second person told me it was unit 1. When we walked up to the property, there was a real estate agent showing someone through the property, 30 mins after we were told we could check in. This was completely unprofessional and we had small children who we needed to settle after the trip but we were stuck outside in the heat while the agent ushered the potential buyers out.
The communication from the property manager was great until we realised we hadn’t been given all of the information. We were sent a link to a guide book about the property but this link did not work.
In terms of location, it is close to shops and a lovely shaded playground and the layout of the house was really functional with enough room to comfortably fit 9 people with one on the fold out couch.
Overall this was a nice property to stay in but the process of getting in was not ideal.
