Absolute Waterfront Cabin - Pet Friendly

Unlike most Villas in this park, this has a small fence around the outdoor and grassed area to create a secure, safe space for young children to play and pets to be off the lead

Complete with Foxtel, Netflix, Stan, Prime Video, and of course WiFi included. approx 200 metres to boat ramp, with magical view at your doorstep.

The space
All photos taken in December 2022, as you can see there is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, with the deck being covered and a good sized fold out awning to cover the main outdoor seating area.l if needed. There is also a heated outdoor shower to clean up after your time on the river and a fenced off area for pets and kids.

Small pets can stay but there are some strict rules imposed on us by the park owner and I have some personal rules. therefore, please message me before booking to ensure your booking doesn't become invalid at a later stage

As mentioned in the summary, it is freshly renovated,al has Foxtel, Netflix, Stan, prime video, and WiFi included.

All linen and towels included for the two main bedrooms

I take all feedback seriously as I want my place to be as awesome for you as it is for me, I am more than happy to go out of my way where I can to make things perfect for you, not just me.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire property excluding the lock up garage/shed. There is parking for two cars outside and an overflow area for boats, trailers etc on the grassed areas opposite the Villa
Other things to note
Please note mobile phone reception in the area is ok for Telstra indoor and out, but is patchy for Optus and non existent for Vodafone.

If water sports, hiking or just plain ol chilling out is not your thing then just be aware there is limited other things to do in this area as it is predominantly geared for water sports and fishing

Lovely home in a beautiful setting
Our host, Martyn was an absolute gem with our booking. We were coming from QLD for a funeral and wanted somewhere to stay that allowed our two small dogs and helped us relax from our travel and grief. Unfortunately, we had to change dates and thankfully, Martyn just made that process seamless. Great communication, lovely location, fabulous accommodation and a relaxing stay. I was not sure we would find the oasis we wanted, but we did. I wish we had booked longer. Thank you, Martyn for a beautiful place to stay.

Great Riverside Location
Villa is set-up with everything you might need and has a beautiful outlook over the river. Great place to stay if you are boating or fishing, or wanting to chill by the river, not a lot else to do otherwise as the park has no facilities for children. We were staying to visit family that live locally, so it was perfect for us.
