The GARTEN apartment is located at ground level in the thatched main house of our country house KRONBORG. It is about 100 square meters and has a large, open living room with modern fitted kitchen, dining table with chairs, living area with fireplace, couch and armchairs.
Two bedrooms with double bed.
Bathroom with shower, bath and washing machine.
Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric cooker with oven and extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, toaster.
Other equipment: z. T. Underfloor heating, TV-SAT system. From the living room large door to the cottage garden with mature trees and lawns. Garden furniture & barbecue available.

Just behind the border and yet already typical Danish! In the southeast of Jutland you will find one of the most lush landscapes in Denmark. Here is a small holiday paradise: the Danish island of Als. You will find there still untouched nature, large beech and oak forests and extensive coasts with long, some very child-friendly beaches. Hiking trails and tranquil side streets invite you to intense nature experiences. In the south of Alsen is the peninsula Kegnaes. On the north coast of the island of Alsen, in a quiet environment, in the countryside, away from the noise and bustle of everyday life there is the holiday farm Kronborg. Distance to café / restaurant only about 400 m.
The Hofanlage GAMMEL KRONBORG includes the thatched main building and 2 farm buildings. All in all, we offer three modern apartments for 4, 5 or 6 people. The property is only about 80m away from the water. Ideal for water sports enthusiasts and anglers. Anchor possibility for boats to buoy available.

Urlaub nach 42 Std. abgebrochen

Das sehr ruhig abgelegene und über einen unbefestigten Feldweg zugängliche mit einem Reetdach bedeckten Bauernhaus aus 1766 liegt umgeben von Bäumen, Büschen und vielen Brombeersträuchern in ca. 100 M. Entfernung idylisch gelegen zur Ostsee. Von den gebuchten 8 Tagen Urlaub haben wir tatsächlich nach kurzer Zeit den starken Drang verspürt wieder abzureisen. Grund dafür waren die extrem modrigen und nach sehr starkem Schimmel riechenden Zimmer, die bei uns nach kurzer Zeit heftige Hustenreize auslösten. Als Asthmatiker kommt man recht schnell an seine Grenzen. In der Ferienwohnung war nach Sonnenuntergang eine sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit zu spüren, feuchte Schuhe und Handtücher trockneten nicht über Nacht. Im Schlafzimmer entdeckten wir nachts mindestens 12 Exemplare der Tenebrio molitor, an Wänden Decken sowie auf dem Teppich. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Wenn man zu dieser Gattung ein wenig Zuneigung verspürt, ist man dort genau richtig aufgehoben. Auch ein ca. 3 cm großes Exemplar eines Carabus nemoralis besuchte uns nachts im Wohnzimmer. Auch dieser wurde fototechnisch dokumentiert. Die Eigentümer der FeWo wurden von uns darüber in Kenntniss gesetzt.

Urlaub fernab jeglichen Trubels

Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten mit der eigentlichen Unterkunft, wurde uns eine Alternative zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Vermieter waren sehr bemüht, um eine gute Lösung für uns zu finden. Wir haben trotz dem eine gute Zeit gehabt. Die Lage und die Insel selbst sind sehr idyllisch mit wenig Tourismus und viel Zeit und Ruhe zum Abschalten, Genießen und Entspannen.

Die Fotos entsprechen einem Zustand von geschätzt vor 10 Jahren. Umgebung voll Gerümpel, verrostetes Geländefahrzeug, abgemeldeter Pkw, kaputter Anhänger. alte Plastikgartenmöbel etc..Küche und Essplatz o.k., Sofa mit aufgeplatztem Lederbezug (grosse Risse). Teppiche mit deutlichen Flecken. Stereoanlage funktioniert nicht, Fernseher nach mehreren Versuchen. Schlafzimmer Matraze absolut durchgelegen, deutliche Flecken (umhygienisch). Zudecke ebenfalls große Flecken (Hygiene). Kommode Schubladen schwer gängig. Es befand sich dort noch eine Herrenunterhose und Socken!!?? auch hier fleckiger Bodenbelag. Abends Käfer aus den Bodenritzen!! Schlafen war nicht möglich. im ganzen Haus sehr modriger Geruch. 2. SChlafzimmer unseres Erachtens keine Alternative, noch modriger Geruch. Gebäude ist nicht fertiggestellt.Loecher im Reetdach, Frontseiten provisorisch durch Spanplatten abgedichtet, die bereits wieder Löcher aufweisen. Der Bauerngarten ist überwuchert von Brombeeren und Brennesseln, im Dickicht ein paar Johannisbeeren und ca. 3 Rosenstöcke und 1 Pelargonientopf sowie ein überwucherter Philadelphus. Der Besitzer wurde darauf angesprochen. Verstand unsere Kritikpunkte nicht ganz. Versprach eine neue Matratze und neue Stereoanlage zu kaufen. Konkreter Zeitpunkt war nicht zu erfahren. Alternativ"romantikwohnung" aus seinem Besitz wollten wir nicht mehr!! Wir haben uns den Zustand ähnlich vorgestellt. Besitzer lebt in einer idealisierten Welt - nicht die unsere!!

Supernette Vermieter, die immer ansprechbar sind. Wer Ruhe sucht, findet sie hier. Die Umgebung ist mit dem Rad schnell erkundet. Als Ausgangspunkt für längere Radtouren auch gut geeignet. Abends kann man dann vor dem offenen Kaminofen entspannen oder am Wasser sitzen.

Ein tolles altes Mietobjekt, das man absolut empfehlen kann. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der Hof und die Parksutuation. Das war schon durch die Jahreszeit sehr matschig

Sehr schönes charmantes altes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten. Riesige, helle Wohnung. Allet chic!

Es war sehr schön. Alle, die Ruhe suchen und fernab jeglicher Hektik sein wollen, sind hier richtig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind per PKW erreichbar, ansonsten lockt Kægnes mit schönen Stränden und totaler Entschleunigung im besten Sinne. Sehr angenehme und sympathische Vermieter. Wir kommen gern wieder.
