Stayed for one night on a cross Canada road trip. Hotel was nice , and King Room was neat & clean and well equipped. Unfortunately a false alarm went off at 2:30am and everyone was evacuated outside for over an hour. Upon checkout, we were told there’d be no compensation (not even a future discount) since it “wasn’t their fault”. Disappointing from a customer service point of view; since the room would have been a great value otherwise and we’d have considered staying again in the future - but now would hesitate to.

"Standard" for a Motel 6 property in design, layout, comfort, amenities, furnishings, etc. Not meant as a negative at all. Greatly appreciate how Motel 6 are all pet-friendly with no extra pet fees. They even had dog treats at the reception counter. Ice water throughout the day along with coffee/tea. Also continental breakfast. Good price and value so will definitely give preference to Motel 6.

The area where breakfast available is too small. There was a fire alarm at 2:55AM where we had to vacate our rooms for approx an hour and stand outside in the parking lot until the fire department cleared our return to our rooms. Not much selection for breakfast, just toast and muffins cut in half and no fruit. I would not recommend that anyone I know stay in this hotel. It's definitely not worth the price I paid to stay at this Motel 6 in Swift Current. There was nothing offered to compensate for the lack of sleep the night of the fire alarm.

I like the simplicity of the room. I liked having instructions for TV remote I would have liked more breakfast options - especially a cereal! The fire alarm in middle of the night was handled well - weather conditions helped, but more directions from staff would have been appreciated.

Good hotel at a fair price . Just off highway one so easy. Only downside is very Limited breakfast and the fridge in my room Was very load and I couldn’t reach the plug
