We were charged unexpectedly for having our kids with us. No where on this website did it say we would be charged for having more than 2 people to a room. The place smelled like someone was smoking weed our whole stay. There was hair stuck to our shower matt. When asked for extra sheets and blankets we were given two straight sheets and not a fitted one. We were also told our room had enough pillows that we didn't need more. Do not recommend and will not stay here again. Waist of my money.

The desk clerk was rude. I reserved a king bed and he said he booked all of them. I had to get mad for him to give me the right room. Also, this is the first Best Western that was not pet friendly.
