Check out is at 10am- you may be charged extra fee if checkout past 10am without prior approval. Please keep in mind if we have a same day check in we may not be able to accommodate.

Please take trash out to trash bins on side of house, if they are full please leave in house at check out so the bears do not get them

There is special health risk involved when using hot tub and you are accepting those risk when using. There is potential danger for unsupervised children, as well as health risk for if pregnant or intoxicated. Hot tub should be kept at temperature less then 104 degrees. Large groups and/or overuse of hot tub will cause hot tub to become dirtier quicker. Recommended to give 2-3 hours between hot tub use. Please be mindful of time in hot tub and personal hygiene prior to use. Guest accepts sole responsibility of accidents, medical conditions, or injury.

Please clean up any excessive messes, spills, etc. and throw away trash in trash cans. Any extra cleaning or deep cleaning that needs to be done by cleaning team may result in extra charges.

Great house

Love this charming adorable house! We were only there one night so we didn’t have much time. Sat on the front porch, so peaceful. The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness is because the comforter on the master bed could use a good washing. Smelled like sweaty body. Just folded it down. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The game room and hot tub were popular with kids and adults. Great location for us to attend a family event in Asheville, wander and shop in Black Mountain, and spend an afternoon at the nature center. Beautiful views from the front porch and bedrooms. This is as a great location for us, not far from hiking and not far from downtown Asheville. And very close to an amazing little bakery! Very nice view of the mountains from the front porch. Can’t wait to stay here again

Excellent rental property! Everything was set up nicely and the location was great! Perfect for friend trip or family getaway! We had a great time 🙂. Excellent amenities like the hot tub, fire pit, large porch with rocking chairs! Weren’t kidding about the bears!- we saw one eating out of the neighbors’s garbage on our first morning.
