Two houses for 8-9 persons: The larger residential house comes with a living space of approx. 280 m2, spread over three floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a cozy terrace in the secluded backyard – the perfect place for romantic al fresco dinners. Furthermore there is a bedroom with king-size bed and en suite bathroom with shower, a spacious dining area with an impressive open fireplace, and a separate bathroom with bathtub. Beautiful wooden stairs lead to the first floor, where you can find a double bedroom with king-size bed, air conditioning and en suite bathroom with shower, a comfortably furnished living area with air conditioning and flatscreen TV, and a large covered terrace with seats, from where stone stairs lead directly to the garden. The second floor (attic) features a large bedroom including a king-size bed, a single bed, air conditioning, flatscreen TV, and an en suite bathroom with bathtub. This bedroom opens onto a covered terrace with stunning views of the gorgeous Mediterranean landscape. The smaller house comes with approx. 60 m2 of living space, spread over two levels. On the ground floor there is a living area, and a bathroom with bathtub. Stairs lead up to the air-conditioned loft, where you can find a king-size bed and a lovely terrace facing the swimming pool.


Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.
