This exclusive pool house in Central Istria is located idyllically between Svetvincenat and Vodnjan, about 20 km from the sea, and offers space for up to 10 people. It features a private freshwater pool with sun loungers, outdoor shower, grill, and spacious garden terrace. Two furnished terraces invite relaxation.



The holiday home comprises 142 m² of living space on two floors with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area with SAT-TV, fireplace, air conditioning and WiFi. Bed linen, towels and a baby cot on request are available. Pets are welcome.
