Two of the bedrooms have additional single beds, and there is also a sofa bed in the living room if you need more space. The house is quite spacious and well equipped. In the basement there is a large leisure area with a pool table, fitness equipment and table tennis table. The house has a large garden. In the garden there is a beautiful swimming pool with stone terrace and outdoor jacuzzi, in the evening you can enjoy the covered outdoor dining area and the brick barbecue. Children will love the playground. The house is air-conditioned and equipped with wireless internet access.The small picturesque village of Stokovci is located near the medieval town of Svetvincenat, the most dominant small town in south central Istria. Svetvincenat will impress you with the pleasant hospitality of its inhabitants and typical Istrian delicacies, world-famous wines, fresh extra virgin olive oil, homemade brandies and much more. Well-preserved Roman architecture, untouched nature, historical and cultural heritage are part of the Istrian heritage and can be reached within a 5 to 30-minute drive with wonderful views.
