This brand-new villa provides top-quality service, plenty of thoughtful extras, and a welcoming dog-friendly environment. The property is also wheelchair accessible and features a specially designed bathroom for guests with reduced mobility.

The villa is surrounded by an 800 m² fully fenced garden with a private 30 m² saltwater swimming pool — and there’s even the option to heat the pool for added comfort.

Inside, the villa is spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated, equipped with modern appliances and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Each bedroom includes its own private bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests.

Super Urlaub

Wir hatten eine super tolle Zeit. Das Haus ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet.Es ist alles sehr sauber. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen. Die umliegenden Städte und das Meer Pula und Rovinj sind etwa eine halbe Stunde mit dem Auto entfernt. Dort sind auch günstigere Supermärkte, wie Lidl.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool

Wir Oma und Opa waren mit kleinen Dackel und 8 Monate alten Kleinkind sowie dessen Mutter hier. Auf Anfrage haben wir ein Hochstuhl und ein Kinderbett bekommen. Alles notwendige ist da. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage / barrierearm

Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Besonders, da es als barrierefrei und rollstuhlgerecht gekennzeichnet ist, hier meine Einschätzung als Rollstuhlfahrerin dazu: In einem Aktivrollstuhl kommt man im Haus selbstständig gut zurecht. Das Bad und auch das passende Zimmer sind allerdings sehr klein, die Dusche ebenfalls. Wenn man Hilfe beim Waschen benötigt, kann es eng werden, wenn man nicht das ganze Bad fluten will. Außerdem ist die Toilette sehr hoch und für Frauen mit dieser Aussparung eine Katastrophe. Da kann der Vermieter aber nichts zu, wird gern als Norm für Behindertentoiletten verkauft. Jede Frau mit Aktivrollstuhl. die auch noch etwas kleiner ist, weiß was ich meine. Alles in allem würde ich das Haus aber als sehr barrierearm beschreiben. Das beste Rollstuhl geeignete Haus, was wir je in Kroatien hatten. Schön ist auch, dass alle Zimmer auf einer Ebene sind, so konnte ich für die Toilette auf ein anderes Bad ausweichen. Der Pool ist angenehm und der Einstieg über große Stufen mit Hilfe auch für aktive Rollstuhlfahrer möglich. Grundsätzlich ein sehr schönes Haus, in sehr guter Lage (in Kroatien muss man ja immer ein bisschen fahren). Handtücher, auch für den Pool sind vorhanden. Es gibt es Auflagen für die Liegen am Pool, was uns vorher bei anderen Häusern immer gefehlt hat. Türen sind normal breit, es sind keine Sondermaßen. Mein Rollstuhl ist 61cm breit, damit kam ich sehr gut durch die Türen.

Perfekt!

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit allem. Das Haus ist perfekt für entspannte und erholsame Tage. Dem Haus fehlt es an nichts! Alles was man braucht, war verfügbar. Alle Zimmer und Bäder entsprechen exakt den Bildern! Es war genauso wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Der Pool, das Trampolin sowie der Trainingsraum waren alle in einem Top-Zustand. Auch der Standort des Hauses ist ideal. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Pula, Rovinj und Porec sind dennoch schnell zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Obwohl wir ganz spotan und kurzfristig (1 Woche vor Reisebeginn) gebucht haben, hat alles noch reibungslos geklappt. Vielen Dank an Barbara und die Familie für diese tolle Unterkunft. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Einfach ein toller Urlaub

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche, das Haus war genauso wie im Internet beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke nochmal an Barbara, die uns bei der Ankunft mit kleinen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnte.
