Villa Zaneta with pool is a renovated house in the quiet village Vosteni, 4 km from Sveti Lovrec and 17 km from Porec and its beaches.
The house was built in 1968 and renovated in 2015. Situated on its own 300 sqm fenced garden, guests have at their disposal a 20 sqm swimming pool, sun loungers, an outdoor dining table and a tavern with barbecue. In the town Sv. Lovreč, which is only a few minutes away by car, you will find an ATM, a supermarket, a restaurant-pizzeria, cafe-bars and a children's playground.
Villa Zaneta with an area of 131 sqm with two separate entrances is spread over two floors. The first floor has a living room, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a separate bathroom. On the second floor there is a living room, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one of them with access to the terrace and a separate bathroom. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under.
