On the ground floor, a large living and dining room serves as the heart of the villa, furnished with a double sofabed measuring 170 cm in width and 240 cm in length, providing additional sleeping flexibility. This convivial space opens directly onto the terrace and the swimming pool. Adjacent to the living area, the fully equipped open kitchen also benefits from direct access to the terrace and pool. A separate WC is available on this level for added convenience. A first bedroom on the ground floor is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and includes a private shower room with bidet and WC.

On the upper floor, 3 further bedrooms complete the sleeping arrangements. The first upper-floor bedroom features a french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a private shower room with bidet and WC.
