Fantastic central location within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and all the main tourist attractions. Harbour-facing rooms have beautiful views and, if the weather is clear, you may even see the northern lights. The breakfast was amazing with a great selection. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay. Great breakfast. Perfect location. Room was very clean except for a ball of hair found in one corner of the room upon my arrival. Not the best first impression but everything else about the stay and cleanliness was beyond reproach and succeeded in undoing that first impression. Harmless lapse. I was even offered breakfast at 3:30am before I left for the airport. I’d give it 4 1/2 stars if that were an option. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel itself is well located within walking distance to all (except for the Arctic cathedral) tourist attractions and the main “high street”. The room was nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We appreciate that people generally have breakfast at a certain time and this meant that the restaurant was overly busy during this pinch point. However, there is no real structure or assistance from the hotel with this and therefore makes it feel chaotic. With this said; the spread served at the buffet breakfast has an extended variety of choices - amazing! We would definitely stay here when we next visit during the summer sun!
