3泊と4泊したが、アメニティはそれぞれ1個しか貰えなく、追加で要求したが断られた。 部屋の照明は薄暗く、窓はあるがシェードで覆われていて窓の意味を成していない。 天井のエアコン送風口から水がポタポタ落ちてくる。 ゴキブリが出た。 電子レンジが壊れていた。 駅前にもっと綺麗で安いホテルがあったので、そちらに移動した。

快適な滞在

到着が1時半でしたが、チェックインOKとの事で入室させてもらえました。 TVの点け方がわからなかったのですが お兄さんが部屋に来て下さり、リモコンの操作方法を丁寧に教えて下さいました。 廊下には、電子レンジやコーヒー、ケトル、紙コップ等も有りました。 シーツ等はパリッと糊付けしてあり気持ちよく利用できました。

All in all very good!

Everything was clean and nice! The bed was comfortable and the room very spacious. The only problem was that the whirlpool didn’t seem to work.

良くない点 １、頂いたアメニティの歯ブラシが開封されていた。※なぜかコン○ームが入っていた ２、チェックインして部屋に荷物を置いた後、スリッパを散らかしたまま出かけたのに、帰ってきたらスリッパが元通りにスリッパ置き場に置かれていた。(清掃スタッフさんが部屋に入った？) 良かった点 １、スタッフさんが親切(日本語通じます) ２、部屋がとにかく広い(バスタブもあるし、トイレとシャワーが仕切られていた) ３、持参したヘアアイロンの変圧器を借りたいと申したところ、アイロンごと貸してくれました。(こんなホテル初めてで感動しました) また水原に行きたいと思っているので その際はまた泊まります！ ありがとうございました！
