Sehr freundliches Personal! Wunderschöne Umgebung, viele Restaurants, Shops in der Umgebung.

The beach was in the best part of Follonica and not too crowded because they only have 2 rows of sun beds.Very appreciated. Check in too complicated - I understand Covid but procedures take too long. They do not allow earlier check in - again I understand - but they could have let us use the beach. Check out at 9AM! Even if my reservation stated 10AM. Our room was very clean but nothing special, no windows and small but we knew that, it was the one we chose so no complaints about it. There are some wonderful beachfront bungalows, not sure if always available.

Organizzazione scarsa. Ristoranti con cibo appena accettabile, servizio lento e disorganizzato. Colazione appena sufficiente.
