I booked and paid online to stay at this place, when I got there they said they did receive any payment or booking on my name and I showed the receipt of the payment I made through expedia and they refused to check me in, now I am asking for a refund, and they said to contact expedia and I did receive a message from expedia that can't refund my money because Ox apartment did not authorize it...I had a terrible experience with them and I ended up paying for another place to stay at.....Terrible and unreliable.

Love the apartment, the proximity to the campus, shopping mall, sports complex, food courts etc... all the amenities and supplies were provided. I just wished i had been informed well in advance on the steps to follow in order to access the property. This had costs me a night payment for nothing, and had to pay extra to spend the night in another hotel. But overall, it is a lovely place to stay... it just feels like home away from home. Great for a family. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Suva looking for a home away from home. Thank you oxford apartement.
