Garden house Sutivan is located on a 800m2 land plot with picturesque Mediterranean garden composed of variety of olive trees, fig, lemon and pomegranate trees. Newly renovated house has 150m2 and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Spacious living area with fireplace and modern kitchen dominates the ground floor, with one bedroom, bathroom and spacious terrace of 25m2. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the 1st floor, as well as balcony to which two bedrooms have access. There is also a ground floor area with table soccer, darts and games area with direct access to the garden. Garden area is spacious and private, ideal for summer dinners and barbecue. Area around the house is private, ideal for families and guests who would like to enjoy peace and quiet on their vacation while letting the kids play in the garden.
