I rented the room specifically for the jet tub. I didn't check in till 1 am, I had just gotten off work. I went to use the jet tub and I had no hot water. In fact not even warm water. I went to call the office on the phone in room and there was no cord plugged to it. I went to the office and he said naintance would be there around 9. Come to find out there had not been hot water on that side for awhile. I rented for 2 days. The 11th and 12th to be check out on 13th. I asked for a refund and they originally said they would take 37.00 off then finally said 60.00. At 3 on the next day they finally put me in another room of course with no jet tub

We had a late check in. Desk clerk was sooo nice checking be in quickly so we could get to our room and warm up as it was very cold. Complimentary breakfast was great with partnering lumberjacks restaurant.
