The Space
Welcome to our brand new, thoughtfully designed private guest suite in South Surrey.
This spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite offers 1,100 sq. ft. of private living space, complete with its own independent entrance. Located in a peaceful cul-de-sac near Morgan Creek Golf Course, it is an ideal retreat for couples, families, business travellers, and anyone looking for a comfortable home base while exploring the Lower Mainland.
Every detail of the suite has been carefully selected with comfort, functionality, and style in mind. As a designer, I personally curated the furnishings, finishes, and décor to create a space that feels warm, beautiful, and truly like a home away from home.
Living Room
The spacious living room provides a comfortable place to relax and unwind. Enjoy the TV, complimentary Prime Video, and Wii gaming system, perfect for a relaxing evening or family entertainment.
Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes essential appliances, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and basic kitchen supplies.
For coffee and tea lovers, we provide an espresso machine, coffee maker, and electric kettle, along with a complimentary selection of coffee and teas.
The dining table comfortably seats four adults. A versatile table behind the sofa, paired with adjustable stools, can also be used as a casual dining area, coffee station, or convenient workspace.
Bedrooms
The suite features 2 comfortable private bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished with quality bedding and ample storage.
The primary bedroom features a double bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a dedicated workspace equipped with stationery, a desk lamp, and a convenient charging station.
The second bedroom features 2 twin/single beds and a selection of children’s books, making it especially welcoming for families traveling with children.
Fresh linens, pillows, blankets, and towels are provided for every stay. Pillows in different heights and materials are also available in the closet for your comfort and preference.
Bathroom
The spacious private bathroom is clean, bright, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Complimentary amenities include shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, cotton swabs, cotton pads, shower caps, bathrobes, and a hair dryer.
Private Yard & Outdoor Space
Guests have exclusive use of a private outdoor yard with comfortable outdoor seating and a firepit, perfect for an evening outdoors, enjoying a quiet coffee in the morning, or gathering with family and friends.
Recreation & Fitness
For entertainment and recreation, guests can enjoy a 6-foot pool table that also converts to a ping-pong table.
A Bowflex Max Trainer is also available for guests who would like to maintain their fitness routine during their stay.
Laundry
A private washer and dryer are available within the suite, making longer stays especially convenient.
Basic laundry supplies are provided. After using the washing machine, we kindly ask guests to leave the door slightly open to allow the interior to dry and stay fresh.
Heating & Comfort
The suite features an automatic heating system designed to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature. The heating automatically activates when the room temperature falls below approximately 20°C.
Private Entrance & Parking
Guests have their own independent entrance, providing privacy and convenient access throughout their stay.
Parking is available on the driveway in front of the boat or in permitted areas within the cul-de-sac. Please do not block the garage entrance.
Location
The suite is situated in a quiet and peaceful residential neighbourhood in South Surrey, close to Morgan Creek Golf Course, parks, shops, restaurants, and local amenities.
The location provides easy access to many of the Lower Mainland’s attractions:
• Approximately 10 minutes to White Rock and Crescent Beach
• Approximately 10 minutes to the U.S. border
• Approximately 20 minutes to Vancouver International Airport (YVR)
• Approximately 35 minutes to Downtown Vancouver, depending on traffic
• Convenient access to South Surrey, White Rock, and surrounding communities
Whether you are visiting for a weekend getaway, a family vacation, a business trip, or an extended stay, the suite offers a peaceful and comfortable base from which to explore the region.
A Few Things to Know
Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. As we are located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood, we kindly ask guests to be considerate of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
We take great pride in maintaining a space that is exceptionally clean, organized, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. We hope you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
Guest Access
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire basement suite, including all interior living spaces and the designated outdoor area.
The suite uses a secure electronic lock. A unique access code will be provided before your arrival, allowing you to check in independently.
Other Things to Note
Guests have access to a designated private outdoor area in the side yard, including outdoor seating and a firepit. Please follow the provided firepit instructions and ensure the fire is fully extinguished after use.
Families are welcome. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and a selection of children’s books, and the suite offers several entertainment options suitable for families.
The suite includes Prime Video, a Wii gaming system, a convertible pool table/ping-pong table, and a Bowflex Max Trainer. Please use all equipment responsibly and follow the instructions provided.
We have thoughtfully equipped the suite with many of the comforts you may need during your visit, including a fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea selections, toiletries, laundry facilities, and a variety of recreational amenities.
