Our home is a true beachfront property with its own walkway to the beautiful sand. Wake up every morning to the sun streaming in your windows (or don't - close the shades!) and listen to the sounds of the crashing waves.
Our home is part of a small community (10 homes) and we share a large common pool. It's perfect for large families that want a space to hang out after a long day on the beach. There is ample parking for multiple cars and guests.
This beachfront home has been remodeled in 2019. Located in the heart of Surfside Beach right at the Surfside Pier, there is no shortage of things to do throughout the year. Surfside Beach is the perfect family destination to plan your vacation within the Grand Strand. The home has its own private walkway out to the beach - a great place to watch fireworks and view the ocean! The home also has a community pool, which is much larger than any private pool can be in the area. There is plenty of room to bring all of your guests to the pool and hang out when you need a break from the beach!
The entire house is open to you except the owner's closet on the first floor, which is locked.
Surfside is a very walkable area, with lots of places to get to easily. Many people also rent or bring golf carts to the beach. This is encouraged! Just make sure you don't drive them at night.
We have recently purchased this house - the previous owner has rented this property for years with glowing reviews. We are establishing this listing for rentals occurring after January 1st 2024.

This is a pet friendly home! We have a pet fee of $150 for the first two pets, $75 for the third and every pet after that.

Wonderful house and location 5stars
My 11 family members plus dogs spent a fabulous week at this prime beach spot in surfside beach. When we walked in the pictures were as advertised. The house was in great condition, beds were all comfortable, furniture not worn, and we never had an issue with hot water or water pressure with the large group that stayed here. The house is in a great location, right on the beach and near several great restaurants. We had family of all ages (3-73) and everyone constantly raved about the quality of the house (specifically having hot water and comfy beds) and location. We did need to communicate with the owners during our stay and their responsiveness and ability to address our query was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend and look forward to visiting here again and staying that this location.
