The well equipped kitchen is complete with everything you would need to create delicious homecooked meals, with ample space for everyone! This condo will comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Bedroom #1 is complete with a Queen bed, ceiling fan and full private bath with tub/shower combo and amazing ocean views! Bedroom #2 is complete with a Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, shared hall bath with tub/shower combo, and a street side view.

Relax on the private balcony with gorgeous ocean views, also overlooking the pool. You will appreciate the high-top table and chairs, tall enough so that your ocean views will not be obstructed by the balcony railings!

Property had ver musty smell as soon as you walked into the unit. Unit needs totally updated/remodeled (flooring,etc.) Dishwasher leaked.

On the beach

Loved the vicinity to the beach which also felt very private between the public beach access. Did not like the parking. We shared with Condo A, but they had a big truck and we had a Suburban. Our car NEVER got under the house in the shade. That was disappointing.

Great location, fully functioning location with all that you need to cook a meal, a little outdated but if it works why change it you are paying for the view and easy access to beach and pool anyway!! Right now the shells are AMAZING!!
