Down the hallway, you will find a separate laundry room equipped with full size washer/dryer. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped & offers GE Cafe appliances, quartz countertops & backsplash, apron front sink in the island that offers 3 barstools. Separate dining area will be perfect to enjoy your meals and talk about your day at the pool or beach. Relax in the living room and enjoy movie night on the 70" smart TV. The primary suite offers a king bed and a custom tile shower, double sinks in vanity with quartz tops. Step out on the back porch & lounge in the polywood furniture with your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Watch the boats go by or you may even see dolphin playing in the ICW. The marsh views are amazing and also the view of the ocean is pretty incredible especially at sunset. You won't get wet even on the rainy days with parking under the building. We absolutely loved this property and its location. The host was exceptionally accommodating and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, and the furnishings were far above what you would typically expect in a rental. Highly recommend!
