Surrounded by lush gardens in a peaceful setting, The Jasmine Studio offers countryside living just minutes from Montville's cafes, wineries and Hinterland walking trails. The detached studio is fully self-contained and features:

- Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, full-sized fridge, oven, cooktop and microwave.

- Comfortable queen-size bed positioned to take in the stunning hinterland views through floor-to-ceiling bifold doors.

- Lounge area with comfortable sofa and Smart TV with streaming apps.

- Spacious ensuite featuring a bathtub, shower, vanity and toilet.

- Private outdoor deck and fire pit area perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while soaking up the peaceful surroundings.



Guest Access:

*Please note the studio is on tank water and not on mains water.



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
