Centrally located 2 bedroom unit. Short walk to beach, surf club and other facilities. Within 30 min drive,Noosa,Montville,Emmundi.On site parking can be difficult,although we had garage which fittted medium SUV.

Great location, easy to walk to the beach, surrounding shops etc. Apartment was quiet, light, modern and with a well kitted out kitchen. Very comfy couch! Easy to communicate with Mitchell. Would definitely stay again.

This apartment is very well located within Cotton Tree, clean and well maintained. We loved our stay and the unit is well appointed and has all the amenities you could want. We let the owner know the oven did not work properly as the door did not close and therefore could not heat food adequately.

Location was fab. 5 min walk to the beach just a street away. The unit had everything we needed. Even for a wet weekend, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking coffee while the rain came down. The unit was immaculate with comfy bed and pillows and a huge bathroom.

Beautifully presented Apartment.

Lovely apartment with plenty of room for our family get together. Walking distance to beach and Surf Clubs with plenty of great cafes close by.
