The property was excellent in every respect. I was disappointed to have a pet charge when I boarded the dog at home. I would like to have charge reversed. They attempted by to eliminate the charge but could not since I used Expedia.

Condo could use updating and a deep cleaning. The basics were provided but there was dust on the walls and the linens were questionable, clean but appeared to have old stains on comforter and pillows. Towels were fresh. Nice washer/dryer. Master shower didn’t drain properly… nothing standing in your own bath water…..

Condo itself is fine

Condo is a bit dated but very clean. Certainly adequate for the needs of 4 adults. The issues were not with the condo itself but with the realty company. We contacted them as one toilet had a clogging problem and the light went out in the other bathroom. We were told these problems would be addressed but they were not. One woman at the realty company was quite rude which is unfortunate as others we had spoken with were friendly and helpful

It was okay...

I really enjoyed the location of this condo, but the walls are thin, and I had noisy neighbors. This was a relaxing trip, but it wasn't peaceful. This condo is located in the resort community, but there is an additional fee if you choose to use the resort amenities. Also, it's supposed to be pet friendly, but the individual property specifically states no pets. If you choose to bring a pet be prepared to pay additional fees. There were also miscommunications with the check in and check out times. My reservation listed a different time from the actual communication from the property. Just remember to read the fine print so there won't be any surprises.

Condo review

The condo was clean and comfortable and there was a nice restaurant in the neighborhood. The overall communication with Sloane vacation properties (rental company) was not great.
