The Lodge was amazing! The front desk staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful, and the hotel itself was unique and historical. However, the onsite dining was less than expected. Would definitely stay again, just not dine there.

Nothing worked in either of the rooms we were put into . No hot water. Non working phones. Fire place didn’t work. Was supposed to be a special weekend with us getting married and the rooms were awful. No parking None of the restaurants were open. It was very disappointing. Won’t be back for sure

The grounds were nice and well taken care of. The bathroom floor was dirty. The shower head was clogged with sediment. The tub drained slow. The double door entering the room was not secure. The entire interior seemed to need to be freshened. For $200,00 per night I was very disappointed. Will probably not come to this resort again.

Nice clean rooms, multiple pools very nice not crowded but no microwave or fridge in room which I thought was strange . Love the balconies and the lake view.

The lodge was horrible. Looked and smelled like it flooded. Everything was closed on a friday evening when we arrived. The suite had torn drapes, wallpaper pealing off the walls, mold in the bathroom tub. $600 for 2 nights and we couldnt stand the place. Very dissapointed.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lodge. Liked the numerous pools and pool towels that were provided. This is an older resort and showing its age. Attention to detail is lacking. Don't mind not having the daily maid service, but have towel racks to hang the towels. Clean the mirrors in the rooms. Pick up trash around the resort. Really enjoyed the Fire and Ice pool bar, but don't make the bar maid have to run to the kitchen to get the food. Not a good resource of her time.

This property is in desperate need of updates. Our room had stains on the ceiling tiles and curtains. Tub was cracked and the list goes on. The restaurant HKs is overpriced and if you are looking for vegan/vegetarian options, they aren't there. The SPA made the whole trip worthwhile!!!

The rooms are outdated, especially the bathrooms. Our original room had a terrible smell and the door had a secret way of opening it. A staff member had to show us a “trick” to open the door. The front desk employees are very kind and got us a new room hassle free.

The property seemed run down and somewhat neglected. The carpet in the guest floor hall was hazardous. We were generally disappointed with the condition of the property. Probably will stay somewhere else next time.
