Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
In fact, I don’t even know where to start. First of all, none of the pictures on the website are realistic. The room we were given had absolutely nothing to do with the pictures shown on the website. So, if you think the room you are booking will look like the pictures, you are mistaken.
The cleanliness was poor overall, and everything was very old. The biggest problem was that I booked the room for myself, my wife, and our two children, but we were surprised to find that there were no proper beds for the children. Their “bed” was actually a sofa that could be opened up. As a result, my wife and I had to sleep on the bed while our children slept on the sofa.
Unfortunately, they do not allow refunds under any circumstances—not when you first make the booking, not the next day, and not even upon arrival. The staff were very cold and unwelcoming.
There is also no one who will clean the apartment. If you want cleaning, you have to pay €20 per day.
In short, I absolutely do not recommend this place.
