Home from home.....in Tholos

Warmest of welcomes, even at 1.30 am.!! A family run establishment where nothing is too much trouble. The spacious upstairs rooms are worth the small extra payment, pleasant and spotless. The pool and gardens are immaculate with the poolside cafe/restaurant providing excellent fare at reasonable prices. There are several excellent places to eat within walking distance but car hire is advisable to fully appreciate the area,. We thoroughly recommend Sunlight Studios and are likely to return there, as do many of others who've enjoyed its unique welcome including much fun at the bar, BBQ and traditional Greek dancing.

nice and simple. the place is old but maintan very well and very cleen. pool area plasent. nice and fraindly host . wifi only at pool area and not all the time. dont have roome cleening during the stay.

Schlechte Pension!

Wir waren total enttäuscht. Bad ist 2x2m groß inkl Dusche die aber keinen Vorhang hat.Beim duschen wird also das ganze Bad nass.Küche hat verrostetes Besteck.Mini Terrasse am Weg ( keine Privatsphäre).Bei unserem Aufenthalt von 8 Tagen nur 1x Handtuchwechsel. Klima am Tag 7,- Eu .Am Pool nur alte Liegen mit Auflagen die alle schimmelig waren.Zum Strand 1km zu laufen.Nur englisches Frühstück (wir waren auch die einzigen Deutschen,sonst nur Engländer)

Zum Glück nur eine Nacht

"Herzlich willkommen - wollt Ihr was trinken? Einen Willkommens-Ouzo vielleicht?" "Oh ja gerne, vielen Dank!" "Hier bitte schön, und die Rechnung für den Ouzo stell ich euch gleich mal dazu" Na denn Prost! Unterm Strich bestimmt nichts Schlimmes, dass man für einen Ouzo auch etwas bezahlen muss! Peinlich nur, dies erst als Willkommenstrunk zu tarnen und dann zu kassieren! Ansonsten komplett Low-Cost-Hotel, auch wenn der Preis für eine Nacht pro Zimmer ehrlich gesagt so billig gar nicht war! Da haben wir ein paar hundert Meter weiter zur gleichen Jahreszeit für die Hälfte des Geldes schon deutlich besser gewohnt! Das Zimmer ist mehr als einfach eingerichtet! Dafür aber ordentlich sauber! Wenigstens das! Die Kitchenette verdient diesen Namen eigentlich nicht, da Kochutensilien fast gänzlich fehlten! Da es keinen Duschvorhang gibt, steht das Badezimmer sofort unter Wasser! Matratze naja, eine Nacht hält man das durchgelegene Etwas aus! Klimaanlage kostet 7€ pro Nacht extra! Wer Fluglärm nicht mag, ist hier nicht gut aufgehoben, da Rhodos Flughafen nur ein paar Kilometer weg ist und der Airport 24h Flugbetrieb hat ohne Nachtflugverbot! Etwas positiv überrascht waren wir von einer kleinen Frühstückskarte! Wer Frühstück mitgebucht hat, kann tatsächlich aus einer Liste von 5 kleinen Frühstücken auswählen! Auch hier sollte man bei Qualität und Quantität besser Ansprüche gänzlich zurückschrauben! Aber wir hatten wenigstens zwei Scheiben Toast und einen Instantkaffee im Magen!

Très bon accueil

Hôtel familial simple mais confortable, avec une très belle piscine et un accueil très chaleureux, personnel très attentionné, situé à une vingtaine de KM de Rhodes.
