All of the staff members we encountered were wonderful. We were traveling with our two dogs and I had asked for a ground level room as close to an exit door as possible...& they completely accommodated us with that request. Right outside our exit door was an area specifically for dogs with poop bags and everything 😄

I think the hotel is fair to good. It's pretty basic , nothing noteworthy. However, I would give it a better rating if it was priced fairly. I think it was grossly overpriced for just a basic hotel.
