Family-friendly Lakefront Retreat with Modern Amenities and Stunning Views
This contemporary lakefront all-season home is the perfect choice for an extended family get together or vacation with friends. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two with bath, one with shower only, updated kitchen, and both a wood-burning stove and granite fireplace.
It is located in a quiet, cul-de-sac on Jobs Creek, just inside the “no-wake” zone limiting boats to headway speed. This location along with the large flat grassy lawn and shallow, sandy water entry make it ideal for children.
The house sleeps up to 8 guests (all linens/towels included):
- Upstairs is the expansive primary bedroom (queen bed) with desk and office chair, en-suite luxury bathroom complete with freestanding bath, and a balcony overlooking lake; and
- A second guest bedroom (queen bed) and its own gorgeous private bath.
- On first floor is third bedroom with two twin beds and a trundle; and
- A fourth small bedroom with full-size bed against wall, both of which share the first floor shower room.
The cathedral ceiling living room has a fireplace and 46” 3-D flat screen TV. It opens onto the kitchen and family/dining area with a 32” TV. There is a laundry room with washer/dryer, wireless internet, and gas grill.
At the water’s edge there is a wide dock and swim platform (summer only). Tenants have use of 3 kayaks and 2 paddle boards at their own risk. Paddles in garage (must not be left out overnight). There is dock space available for your own boat.
Strong preference for rental requests that checkin/out on a weekday (10% off 7 days or more). Also available at this time for longer stays of up to one month.

Amazing Lake vacation with 3 Generations!
My husband and I rented Anne and Steve’s beautiful Lakehouse for two weeks and had such an amazing time with our adult children and my parents. Their house is beautiful well appointed and so comfortable. There are plenty of spaces for all of us to hang out together and find our own spaces to be throughout the two weeks . The views from the deck, the dock and the upper balcony are spectacular! We were grateful that we were able to bring our dog who fell in love with a lake and spent every day hanging out on the dock even learn to swim for the first time! We would love to come back again!

This 4 bedroom house was perfect for us, with bedrooms for both grown daughters, and the beautiful Master Suite on the second floor with great views of the Cove on Lake Sunapee. The open floorplan downstairs opens out onto the deck, with views of the dock, nice outdoor furniture, and access to the Lake. With good weather, we took advantage of the Lake for swimming and kayaking (the Cove is pretty quiet, and a no wake zone). Anne and Steve were very responsive with any questions we had or issues that arose. We had a great summer vacation on Sunapee, with easy access to places around the lake and in New London nearby. This is a beautiful region of lakes and mountains in Central New Hampshire!

Fabulous location on Lake Sunapee
This house was so well equipped and organized. I would hire the owner to organize my house. Everything was as advertised. It was a great place for a family. The lake was great for all ages and we had kayaks available. Will return in the future.

Lovely, relaxing and inviting waterfront home
Property was clean, lovely and fun! The owners provide all the amenities needed to stay comfortably as though it was your own home. We spent a fair amount of our time on the dock which was just perfect. Adirondack chairs situated on the dock made it easy to enjoy the lake. We made use of the kayaks and swam to the floating dock. We took advantage of the deck and enjoyed several dinners grilling and eating outside. Just a wonderful place to be!

Beautiful home on quiet Job’s Cove!
We had a wonderful vacation at The Sharp’s beautiful Lake Sunapee home.
Anne was a perfect host, she explained everything thoroughly and answered my only question immediately. We spent most of our time on the dock, using one of the three kayaks that were there for our use or on our boat. The house was attractively decorated with a great deck for dining and a well appointed kitchen. Overall I highly recommend booking The Sharp’s lovely home for your Sunapee vacation!
