As you come up to the condo, there is a large deck with a table, 4 chairs, an umbrella, an outdoor sofa, and an electric grill. Step inside to find the inviting living room with a cozy couch and 2 comfortable armchairs. The pale wood paneling and architectural beams add an elevated twist to this rustic setting. The 55” Smart TV is perfect for streaming a favorite movie or show. Around the corner is a well-appointed kitchen, featuring top-end appliances. Whip up a nutritious dinner to recharge after a day of activities and dine at the 4-person table. Or prepare a tasty meal on the grill and dine al fresco on the spacious deck. After eating, enjoy a nightcap and the warm summer evenings on the comfy outdoor sofa. Head upstairs for sleeping accommodations when it is time to turn in for the night. Guests can choose from a primary bedroom with a king bed or a guest bedroom with a queen bed. There is a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combo, which the two bedrooms share, and an additional bathroom on the main level with a single sink and a shower. The Villager Condominiums are located at Sun Valley Village and are within walking distance of the ski lifts and ski school on Dollar Mountain, making them the perfect location for parties with beginning skiers. The complex is about a five-minute drive from Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum. Both ski mountains and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Villager condos. The Sun Valley Pavilion, pools, and restaurants are an easy walk or bike ride away on the paved bike trails. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the main lot for 1 vehicle.
To help maintain the beauty of this property, smoking, pets, service animals, and emotional support animals are not allowed. Service animals are welcome in most Alpine Lodging properties.
