Top notch hotel. The rooms are exquisitely appointed. The staff could not of been more helpful (special shout out to Jamie, Tony, Juan, and Mark). The lounge has live music and is truly a comfortable place to enjoy it with a cocktail an a nibble.

Fantastic place to stay while skiing at Sun Valley! Great breakfast, fun lounge, convenient location and terrific staff. This is one of few resorts where I'd prefer to be in town instead of at a ski in/ski out property. You're 5 minutes from the mountain, and the staff at the Limelight is very accomodating and will happily drive you to the resort and drop you off and pick you up as needed. The airport pickup was also greatly appreciated, and all the drivers went above and beyond. Great location across from a grocery and there are ten fabulous restaurants in walking distance for dinner on the town. Overall it was an awesome stay and we shall return!

Room was over priced, found fingernails on the floor. Silverware had food still stuck to it. The Fridge was "cute" but couldnt hold more than a 6 pack of sodas. The water in our room barely got warm enogh to shower. Was treated like lower class by the staff. Im an Idaho resident and paid over $400 a night to stay there but a local man who was at the bar walked up and got a room for $89. Im pretty sure the last night of our stay the bartender tainted my wifes drink with something that made her pass out and was unresponsive for 6 hours. She drank more the day before and was fine. I have no proof of this but Ive been with my wife for almost 30 years and know how she reacts to drinking. She only had 4 drinks the entire night. No I will never stay there again and will probably never go to Sun Valley again.

Truly the best Hotel! Will still at every one!

Where do I start! The fact you can get a gorgeous "home" away from home in a gorgeous, smart, friendly, upscale hotel that is more a 5 star than a 4 star with a gorgeous kitchen and spacious living room, is just unbelievable and such a gift! It was perfect truly! I NEVER stay at 4 star, only 5 star - worked hard to reach that goal - BUT there were no 5 stars in Ketchum. EXCEPT LIMELIGHT IS A 5 star. There was nothing I would change. Gorgeous bedding, gorgeous decor, unbelievably friendly helpful staff, gorgeous property, great breakfast, gym, etc. I was sooo impressed! Am already booking the one in Mammoth and sooo excited a Limelight is in my local fav ski resort. Will make me go back to Mammoth this season because of Limelight. Thank you to the owners who came up with this brilliant hotel chain, and thank you to the amazing staff who made me love this hotel so much!! The best xoxo

The property staff is well-trained; however, elements of this property's age are starting to show, and staff are only following existing SOPs versus proactively handling deficiencies. Dirt on the outside of the admin office door outside the breakfast area, etched slurs within the men's bathroom stall, which weren't touched but reported on day one of a week-long stay. Loose stones are falling off outside the parking garage. Tile work/grout needs bristle cleaning versus just running a mop over the tile when comparing edge grout versus grime buildup of common areas. Hard water buildup on all tile work within the pool and hot tub areas also needs attention. Lastly, another significant change versus when it opened is that staff no longer checks on hot tub or pool users to upsell or promote additional drinks or food, and while an interesting choice, the option of an attendant at least checking was nice. Throughout my entire week, we had no dedicated service within the pool or hot tub areas, even while staff pooled around the bar and were not serving any other customers within the lobby/restaurant areas.
