This second-floor entry 2-story 3-bedroom 2-bath condo located in Elkhorn will sleep up to 7 guests. As you enter the condo there is the living area, kitchen, dining and one of the bedrooms. The living area has high ceilings which bring good light to the room. There is a gas wood stove, a 75-inch flat-screen TV (streaming only), and access to a small deck. The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors. The dining table seats 6. There is an insert you can add to dine up to 10. On this same level is a bedroom with a Queen bed and access to a full-size hallway bath with single sink vanity and shower only.
Upstairs are the other two bedrooms and a bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and 45-inch flat screen TV (streaming only) and access to a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and shower/tub combo bath. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds and another twin-size bed. This bedroom has access to the hallway bath. You will find the stack washer/dryer in the hallway that leads to the third bedroom. There is a locker on the ground level of this building for storing skis in the winter.
Complex Features: Indian Springs Condominiums are located in upper Elkhorn Village. Access to a hot tub and sauna is included at the Elkhorn Clubhouse, just a quick walk away, and the Harker Center which is a short drive away. The area offers a free shuttle that picks you up on Village Way near the complex, which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort. This was a really nice property. It had everything we needed, and it was quiet and conveniently located. My only issue is that the heating was a bit unreliable (it was very much an all or nothing situation), and the condo was poorly lit (Minimal overhead lighting, so it was always kind of dark. Most of the lighting came from lamps, and maybe a quarter of those lamps did not work for one reason or another.) I'm also not convinced that the carpet had been vacuumed recently, but it was satisfactorily clean.
