There is a great deal of deferred maintenance. The hotel looks great from the outside but the inside needs to addressed. It has the look and feel of a low budget motel. The hallways and the room we rented smelled of mildew and urine. Very unpleasant especially for over $300.00 a night off season.

Have stayed here a few times. It's clean and the room was nice enough in a 90s kind of way. But the whole property is in very bad need of a remodel. Also: WORST WIFI EVER. Very slow and constantly disconnecting. Finally had to go to a customers office to use their network so I could get some work done.

Great all around hotel —was comfortable with friendly staff and fun games available for family or couples (fuzzball, air hockey, ping pong, board games, puzzles, etc). Comprehensive breakfast was decent and a convenient bonus.
