The location was excellent and the reception staff were very helpful. The continental breakfast was very over-priced.On the first day, we were charged the same amount for both a child and an adult. On the second day, the price was slightly reduced for my daughter. One of the waitresses was very unhelpful. The public areas of the hotel smelt of cigarette smoke.

The room was beautiful and spotless. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was situated in perfect place for the Christmas Markets. The staff were wonderful and helpful

We loved our night here. To be honest we had just come from a hotel where the breakfast staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and we didn't have that here but we acknowledge how privileged we have been and that our expectations may have been too high. Overall for a one night stay we were very happy.

This hotel was the highlight of our trip. Hotels.com offered breakfast with the stay but then we were charged. That was unfortunate. But the property was absolutely beautiful and the staff was absolutely amazing. The spa and massage therapists were 5 star. I would only go back to Switzerland to stay ...
