This location is convenient to the Grand Oaks Resort. The beds were so comfy and there were plenty of well placed outlets for charging. Breakfast was delicious.

Property is completely run down. The wallpaper is peeling off. There was mold in the tub and shower. The shower head was falling off the wall.

I did like the location & the breakfast was great.The staff was welcoming I didn't like that the bathroom had crack & peeling paint near the bathtub . The place just needs a renovation.

Amazing location!

The location is amazing! Hotel is surrounded by nature and Spanish Springs. However, the hotel is not clean enough! Common areas and laundry room are not kept up. The Breakfast Bar is nice! Room needs to be cleaned better, too. Hairs from previous guests are not appreciated.
