Everything You Need

Wow! This place is exactly what you need when you are away from home. Comfortable beds, clean, great layout of the floor plan, not far from shopping needs, and the hosts are great!Beautiful Home! Will definitely stay again.

Great property & great location.

This property is in an excellent location. Close to restaurants, activities and The Villages. Love the screened in lanai, spent many hours out there with family. This is a large and beautiful home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large living room and kitchen. Walk in closet in the master bedroom, which is amazing! Lots of room and plenty of kitchen dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc. Will definitely book again if we come back to Summerfield.

Everything was exactly as presented if not more, we definitely appreciated all of the little extras throughout the home and the communication with the owners. Only across the highway from our friends and family in The villages so super convenient! Enjoyed sitting out on the back patio and watching movies on the big screen television in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again!

Great home near The Villages

The home was GREAT, awesome location near relatives in The Villages, close to hiking trails and Mother Nature. Back patio was perfect for sitting in a quiet spot or for a family barbecue. Michele was quick in responding to any questions we had. We highly recommend staying here if in the area!

Wonderful!! An absolute GEM!

We had a FANTASTIC experience at Jeff and Michelle’s place! It’s brand new, comfortable and clean. It’s well stocked with nice little touches and just so welcoming! They were great to communicate with before our trip and also to respond to a question while we were there. The bed is so comfy and that master shower… the best! We used the grill and the wonderful outside space to cook out one night. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the Villages, which was convenient for us! The neighborhood streets are quiet and I felt very safe walking. This our first experience with VRBO but we’ve done lots of rentals on the “other” site- this is one of the BEST properties we’ve stayed on!

Met and exceeded expectations

Spotless clean when we arrived. Very nicely decorated and many little creature comfort’s provided i.e. coffee. If there was something not right they seemed to know and were in the process of correcting. For example the microwave above stove didn’t work but were in the process of replacing and provided a countertop micro in the meantime. A golf cart would have been nice but as I understand they are working on it. Very short distance to boundary of the Villages and grocery store and bar/restaurant so that was good. Really liked the peace and quiet sitting outside in the evening…. Would book again.
