Staff was on top of Vacume, very next day, room ironing table, cane apart when closing it, desk agent Sunday 5/4, 11 am, at time of check out, said she would have it replaced before next guest

The room needed some TLC updates. Hole in the wall behind the door, vent in bathroom filthy, shower diverter broken and room not totally clean. Dissatisfied as we usually stay at holiday inn and don’t have problems. Our room was not worth it for the money spent.
