Pretty much everything didn’t go well. Hotel front desk attendant was non-welcoming. Hotel was dark, dated, and dull looking. The room’s amenities were substandard. Towels were abundant but rough against the skin. The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were in miniature bottles- not enough for even one shower, let alone for two people’s use. No utensils were available to stir your coffee. The pillows were thin. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

breakfast was fresh, not enough type food for diabetics. Hot tub had to be turned on when you wanted. Pool and hot tub are close at sunset (5:30pm). To early, when you've been on the road all day and you get in after 5:30 you can't unwhined in the pool or hot tub.

This is a great place to stay. The room was fantastic and so was the staff. Plus the Ramshackle Cafe is located in front of the hotel and the food there was delicious. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Front desk staff at night was unfriendly and unhelpful. Bed was not firm at all, and the sheets were old and would not stay on the bed. Bathroom overhead light was burnt out, and they would not fix it until the day we were checking out. The AC Unit was very noisy when it kicked on. We have had excellent stays at this hotel in the past. But this room was not up to par by any means.
