Private: property 500 m2 with trees, meadow. Motor access (50 m via unmade road). Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Heidersbach Waldbad" 1.5 km. Ski lift 2 km.
3-room house 55 m2, on the ground floor. Renovated in 2018, modern furnishings: living room with Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen). Entrance hall with dining table. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Small kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Terrace 25 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free).
