I like that this hotel is near to the JR Otsuka Station. Makes it a whole lot easier to travel anywhere. There are nearby Lawson and Family Mart for quick konbini runs as well. Overall, would love to be back!

Room is always cleaned and neat. The staff is always great and I never have any problems with them. They were very helpful with my luggage forwarding and package deliveries.

Lovely hotel in a good location close to Ikebukuro station, and with a 7-Eleven attached. Only complaint is that we were given one key card between three of us and when we lost it on the last day they charged us £15 for a new one.
