The room was dated, but convenient for the night. Was told they had been doing renos in our room before. Our bed had VERY thin blankets with no extras. The hotel was quiet and convenient as we travelled through. But that was it.

There was constant noise all throughout the night of people banging the doors. Horrible rooms we stayed there for 2 nights and staff said we only do housekeeping every three days sorry Our room keys stop working each morning had to go down to get it re programmed We bad smell front the mattress

Ok Stay for the price.

Well lit parking lot. Staff was good Heater in room did not work properly wouldn’t stay on mentioned it to front desk and she gave us a couple of warmer blankets which definitely helped. Hotel could use updating window cleaning and the bathroom in the room that I had definitely needs it. Had to be careful with the over the toilet cabinet so you didn’t hit your head. Overall for the price and location you get what you pay for. Will I stay at this hotel probably not.

We booked this hotel for the pool we were extremely disappointed when we tried to go into the pool but it was like an ice plunge. The sauna was not working, and we did not have a microwave in our room.

The hotel is good enough. The heater was out in the pool and no one told us and we had to find out when we went to the pool that it was freezing.

Staff and property were fantastic, unfortunately our issue we faced was with the homeless community that had a tent city built within 100ft of the parking. Most homeless encampments are associated with a lot of theft due to the nature of what they do/don’t have access to. You have the addicts and homeless walking through the parking lot constantly. A fence and lift gate with someone doing “security” would be a great job creation.
