I got the hotel, checked in and went to move my vehicle, there was a bunch of homeless drug addicts around my truck. I immediacy checked out. I asked for a refund the front desk daid no. I didn't stay at this hotel. I checked in somewhere eles.

The hotel is convenient if attending the Sudbury Arena, but the parking is very limited and the “druggies” walking around were pretty sketchy.

When I arrived the front desk clerk was having a dispute with a customer over parking. Rooms are very small. Smells of cigarettes. Upholstery worn off chairs. Beat up furniture. Freezing cold room, thin sheets. Phone to reception is broken. TV remote is broken. Not good, avoid.

I should’ve taken pictures but there were hand prints and stains everywhere, and honestly found it kinda gross and funny but I did avoid touching the cuck chair, head board, the side desks and the curtains. I did get a picture of the gunk that came out of the tub jets they had. There was a dog barking in the afternoon and then at night I could hear the family next door with their children screaming and did not turn off their tv. So I kept waking up to the cheers, and laugher of a tv audience. There is a restaurant under the hotel so that’s why I’m assuming that the entire hotel and my room smells of food. I guess at the end of the day you get what you pay if I were to travel to Sudbury again I would get a different hotel.

Property is central in Sudbury, good price point. Parking lot was jam packed. We booked a queen and I guess they ran out and tried to give us 2 queens but my house insisted on a king which we got but not sure why they would think 2 queens is an upgrade. Also room keys didn’t work.
