We didnt eat breakfast so I can’t comment on that. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was limited and a bit sketchy. Our room was clean and the linens were clean and nice.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean but something was very wrong with the in-unit HVAC. There was cold air coming through the wall which meant that the heater turned on every 3 to 5 minutes and ran for 3 to 5 minutes until I turned it off and just bundled up for the night.

Breakfast had many options. Very good. Rooms were clean and tidy. Desk service was great. Overall hotel is great. My truck window was crack and looked like there was attempt break in. Other than that the hotel is clean and nice option

The room was clean and comfortable enough, but I’ve never seen one in such a poor state of repair, even in hotels much poorer than this. Cracked sink, holes in walls, missing lampshade, broken luggage stand… too long a list to include it all. And the room lacked many minor amenities that we’ve all come to expect, like a box of tissues, a drinking glass, or a USB outlet. The free breakfast is better than many I’ve had in fancier hotels, and the staff was friendly.

Everything form the attempt to access the lobby was just ok at best. I had my hands very full, the front desk attendant made no attempt to even look up from the computer (where they were eating) to see if I needed assistance), they could hear it was a struggle and no accessible entry button. I got the discount room without the discounted price, bulkhead stops the drapes from fully closing light shins tight in your eyes, drywall damaged, cracked sink (not leaking), bathtub drain so slow I accidentally closed it had to have someone come reopen it (they were fast but said your sending mixed signals with the do not disturb sign (it was up to stop housekeeping from waking in while I was showering or getting ready. This was a two night stay night two music so loud it kept my husband up most of the night (called front desk stoped momentarily but started again and very loud neighbor in the room next to me yelled waking me up, when I finally had enough I yelled pounded on their wall they quieted down. This used to be our go to hotel but after everything that happened this trip will be looking at some of the “nicer” hotels.
