Discover this stunning, newly built villa on the eastern part of the island of
Hvar, only a 10-minute walk from Sućuraj. Nestled by the sea, it offers a serene and stress-free environment, perfect for those looking to escape the bustle of modern life and embrace the tranquility of the coastline.
The villa boasts four bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. One bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor, providing direct access to a private, secluded garden. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining needs, while the adjacent dining area offers a comfortable setting. The generous living room provides ample space for cozy movie nights, and an additional toilet is situated on the ground floor.
On the first floor, you’ll find the remaining three bedrooms, along with a welcoming lounge area equipped with a bar and coffee facilities, perfect for unwinding with your favorite brew at any time of the day.
