A quiet and comfortable stay!

Well-maintained hotel in a lovely country village. The building has been there a long time, but everything was clean and worked well. The hotel restaurant was very busy all the time! I found the food and service outstanding. The local area is full of walking paths and plenty of natural beauty.

It was a pleasant place to stay. My granddaughter especially liked the horse theme upstairs. I wasn’t too keen to have to walk through the function room to get to our rooms. Luckily there was nothing happening while we were there.

Though rated at 4 *, it really should have been 3 stars....It is a nice hotel, but smallish, uncarpeted rooms, with limited perks. The hotel 'restaurant,' was in a 'castle' 1/2 Km. away, wnhkich was verhy glood, with a wondeful matri'd/waietr. Very limited tables, but excelltent food and service.
