Great hotel all round. Lovely reception staff, clean and comfortable rooms, very well equipped. Great showers. Had a great night's sleep. The bar staff and the staff who run the breakfast are also really helpful and nice. Would definitely stay here again.

the room are specious ,kleen , looks as if refurbished recently, the only problem we have the central heating wast working and the weather that night was very cold ,but when we called the receptionist was very helpful offered us either the maintenance will come and check it or move use us to another room which we did ,staff are helpful and the breakfast was good , car park was reasonable £15 pounds for 24 hours park

They took a deposit of 50 pounds at the time of check in, which was not stated anywhere on the website, and it still has not been returned. I needed to take full pictures and video before and after to protect my rights. I would never stay in this hotel again. The soap bottle was empty and I had to call them to replace it, which shows no one checked the room properly. I was also bitten by a strange insect in the bathtub. The kettle was extremely dirty and covered with salt deposits. Overall, the stay was far too expensive for the service I received. I have stayed in Hilton hotels many times in different areas, but this one was below zero.
