When walking into the hotel, my first thoughts where whether I had walked into a nightclub! But it turned out that this is a fantastic place to stay. The staff are great and always go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay, the rooms are a good size and clean, the breakfast was great and the location is central.

Our room had an unmarked step up that caused my wife to have serious injuries. Our trip to Stuttgart was spent having my wife start recovery. The staff changed our room to something safer, but it was still a wasted trip, no visits to Esslingen which was our main reason for coming to Stuttgart

We stayed in late November and the room was absolutely freezing. There was a thermostat but adjusting it to the highest temperature never made the room any warmer. There was tile flooring so that added to the coldness. No in room coffee or tea was also a hassle. We had to go down to the next floor to get coffee from hot tap water. There was no boiling water. Loud. We were wakened by drunk revelers at 0200 and people working outside at 0700. It is attached to a nice mall and close to the city center. It is a little weird rolling luggage through the mall to the parking garage.

Very clean and stylish room, open concept. Breakfast was nice but very overpriced for the selection offered. I would book again though. Close to restaurant and the city centre and the shopping centre is very useful.

Great location, very clean and quirky hotel. I love the music theme throughout and the fact they tried to do things differently. It shows. Also, staff seems to always be upbeat and happy to help. The only problem is that by trying to be different it creates inconveniences: 1) the bedroom light controls are annoying. You can't switch on the shower light without switching EVERYTHING on. 2) the door between toilet and shower room makes no sense: too tight to go in/out without getting everything wet. 3) the heating controls are also not intuitive. (and all in German!) It is a lovely hotel though. Probably the best one located in the town centre.

We only stayed for 1 night but bedroom was quiet and clean and the hotel "a bit different" from the usual city hotels (e.g how many hotels have provision for a guitar to be collected from reception for use in the room? A fun hotel with a higher level of security than most.
